Important spray know-how at a glance

Requirements for the use of sprayers

Maximum working temperature (liquid temperature):

Plastic sprayers 30 °C or 40 °C
Metal sprayers                  50 °C

Flammable liquids:

Flammable liquids with a flash point below 55° C must not be poured into devices without special equipment which provides protection against flame penetration and includes potential equalization (grounding).

Viscosity of liquids:

Approximately up to 1,5 times more viscous than water. Where larger drops and a reduced spray angle of the nozzle are acceptable, the viscosity may also be considerably higher.

Safety infomation:

Use of unsuitable substances may result in serious injuries and environmental damage. Always heed the information in the section "Usage" in the operational manuals as well as the information provided by the supplier / manufacturer of the substance to be sprayed.
