Short communication channels, flat hierarchies and an open door policy – this is also reflected in the design of the working environment at MESTO. Across all departments and hierarchical levels, we work in modern, spacious and attractively designed open-plan offices. In addition to our state-of-the-art canteen, there are generously equipped rooms and seating areas everywhere for quick chats. 

All workplaces are ergonomically designed, with additional screens and height-adjustable desks. We usually conduct meetings standing up. And, of course, we are – if work permits – also flexible in terms of working from home, flexitime and individual arrangements. 

Optimal working conditions for employees are an essential part of the MESTO philosophy. In addition, the owner-managed family business has been cooperating closely with the sheltered workshops 'Theo-Lorch-Werkstätten' for many decades. And supports the charity 'Deutsche Cleft Kinderhilfe (DCKH)' as well as numerous associations in Freiberg am Neckar, where the company and production site are located.

Even in times of crisis, MESTO takes its responsibility for employees and society very seriously. Since our devices are also used for disinfection and epidemic control, we are working at full speed to produce our disinfection devices while simultaneously protecting our employees. By enabling work from home as much as possible. And otherwise by implementing extremely strict occupational health and safety precautions as well as distance, hygiene and safety regulations.
